The School Council is organised by Mrs Fannon (HLTA) and meets every 2 weeks to plan fundraising events, run competitions and review policies that contribute to school life. There are 2 elected members from each class in KS1 and KS2. The children have a folder to fill in throughout the year to check their progress andeffectiveness within the school.
All money raised goes towards enhancing the children’s learning and fun. We put £1000 towards the new Trim Trail in 2018.
The council members run book sales, raffles, competitions and enter competitions in the local and wider community.
The children are excited to be voted onto the council and wear their badges with pride.
